Dr. Bhavana is a Ayurveda Doctor, Corporate Wellness Consultant, Preventive Health & Wellness Specialist, Ayurveda Nutritionist, Gut Health Specialist & a Coach. Her career has been driven by Preventive Ayurveda Wisdom & Modern Science of Nutrition with a Holistic approach. She is a passionate, energetic and enthusiastic individual who believes in REVERSAL of metabolic disorders through the Ayurveda & Nutritional approach in a holistic way.
During her medical practice, when she saw most of the medical doctors prescribing just medicines, she decided to take the holistic approach towards the overall transformation of life & achieve optimal health.

Dr. Bhavana Diyora is an Ayurveda consultant, completed B.A.M.S along with PG Diploma in Health Management & Hospital Administration.
She is also a diploma holder in yoga shastra as well as Nutrition & Health Education.
She is well versed with various medical ailments as well as lifestyle disorders while continuously treating them with a holistic approach.
Being a good orator & with a distinguished ability to connect, she has established herself well in corporate wellness.

I truly believe that good nutrition aligned with the principles of Ayurveda is the key to optimizing your health. It fortifies your body, boosts your immunity & keeps you fit & stronger. I’m not always obsessed with Healthy Eating or Extreme Workouts or Positive Emotions.
The 80/20 rule works fine for me - 80% of the time I follow a natural & healthy Lifestyle while 20% of the time I don’t... and no guilty feeling about it.

I love travelling, adventures & trying out different activities. My Vatta-Pitta Prakriti keep the adventure Keeda alive in me.
I can’t live without my family & friends!
