You fill the ‘WELLNESS QUESTIONNAIRE’ form to help us figure out your body constitution, existing eating pattern, symptoms, workout routine, sleep & hydration, Health parameters & expectations from the program.
An appointment schedule is generated for the duration of the program based on your time and day preferences.
A document with easy guidelines to implement before your first appointment is shared.
Last 2 consultations are follow up consultations with wellness guidelines & to draw road map for further journey independently.
